PRODUCTION TIME

STANDARD WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

• 5 working days after paper proof approval
• Catalog quantity
• One color imprint on one surface

NON STANDARD SERVICE

• For additional color or surface
• Add 2 days production per add. colour or surface.
• For 5 days service add 10% per additional color or surface

XPRESS 24 HOUR

• No rush charges for catalog quantities with 1 color print, 1 location.
• Available on identified items. 
• Busrel will not accept any order that does not meet all conditions of the 24 hour services.

XPRESS 48 HOUR

• No rush charges for catalog quantities with 1 color print, 1 location. 
• Available on identified items with the same conditions as the XPRESS 24h free service.
• Busrel will not accept any order that does not meet all conditions of the 48 hour services.

ORDERS

• Busrel shall be entitled to ship over or under the quantity per product of the same imprint by 5% and invoice accordingly. The order will then be deemed complete.

CHANGE OF IMPRINT COLOR

• $38.50 (V) per color, per item except for pens $23.00 (V)

STANDARD IMPRINT COLORS 

•  For standard imprint colors see page 340.

 PMS MATCHING

• Orders specifying a PMS color (other than our standards) or a match to a color sample, add $38.50(V) per color for each order including repeat orders.
• Co-ops are a one-time charge only.
• All comparisons are based on imprint on white surface.
• Colors will look different on colored backgrounds. Light color to be imprinted on dark color item will first require a white undercoat – therefore please note that an additional color will be charged. 

PAPER PROOF

• $16.00 (V) each if requested or required.
• $16.00 (V) for each change on proof

FINISHED PROOF

• $55.50(V) per color, per area plus screen charge, set-up charges and price of the item.
• $55.50 (V) per color, per area for each change on finished proof. 

ATTENTION

• All paper proofs will be sent by email or by fax.
• Delayed response will result in delayed production.
• Production time starts upon receipt of approval. Once approved, we will not be responsible for errors. 

SCREEN CHARGES AND COPY CHANGE

• See page 344 for pricing for the decration option.
• Repeat orders less than 2 years: FREE.
• Repeat orders more than 2 years: regular charges are applicable.
• Partial change (less than 30% of changes), $23.00 (V) per color, per area for each item.

LESS THAN MINIMUM

• Add $55,50(V) per color, per area, per item.
• No orders accepted for less than half the minimum catalog quantity, this also applies to blank orders.
• Orders marked ‘’Exact quantity’’ for catalog quantities are subject to an additional charge of $31(V). 

HANDWRITTEN ORDERS

• We assume no responsibility if a hand-written order is misinterpreted. Please have your advertisement copy typewritten.

RESERVATIONS

• Merchandise can be reserved for a maximum 5-day period. If we do not receive your order within 5 days, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.

• If you cannot find the item you are looking for in this catalog, just communicate with us.  We will be glad to source it for you through our network of suppliers around the globe.

PRICING

• Unless otherwise specified, all prices include one color imprint on one area.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Taxes are not included in price.
• FOB Montreal for Canadian orders and for U.S. orders FOB Champlain, NY unless overnight shipment is required.

COMBINATION PRICING

• To qualify for this service you must order two or more different items with the same imprint, written on the same order form.
• All products must have the same imprint size and color imprint.
• They should be printed on the same machine.To be applicable, the items must be in the same category and be in the same price range (maximum 20% price difference).
• You must indicate on your PO ‘’Combination pricing’’.
• One set-up charge will be applied to orders of more than one product. 

CO-OP PRICING

• Pricing as per annual quantity that you will be buying during the year, plus an applicable general fee.

QUOTATIONS

• Verbal quotes are not binding unless confirmed in writing by Busrel.

CO-OP CATALOG

• We will credit 100% of the finished proof charges used for photography purposes, upon receipt of a copy of your catalog.

• For customer product insert $0.55 (V).
• For pen and pencil insert $0.15 (V).

CANCELLATIONS

• $40 (minimum) net plus all charges incurred to date (paper proof, etc.). 
• We will not accept any change or cancellation on orders already in production.

SELF PROMOTION

• End column pricing minus 20% (must be imprinted with your Logo), full set-up and running charge applies.

CREDIT TERMS

• For unestablished credit terms, we will require entire payment before production.
• We will accept credit card payment(Visa and Master Card only).
• Credit card or certified cheque for the first order. A net 30 day term will apply upon acceptance of your credit application.
• Any delinquent account 30 days past due will automatically revert back to cash payment terms. $50 net charge applies on NSF cheques.  
• Payment not received by the due date are subject to a 1.5% per month late payment charge.  
• A fee of 1.75% will be added to all credit card payments that are paid more than 15 days after the billing date.
• Any invoice less than $100 must be paid by cash or credit card.
• All unused or unclaimed credits will be reversed or cancelled 12 months after  their date of issue.
• All invoices will be sent by fax.
• A fee of $ 2.00 will be added to those requesting that their invoices be sent by mail.

SAMPLES

• EQP pricing. Samples will be accepted for refund within 15 days of invoice date.
• Samples must be in perfect original condition and with original packaging of item.
• Freight charges are the responsibility of the distributor. 

CLAIMS

• Merchandise should be inspected immediately upon reception.
• Claims must be received within 10 days of invoice date.
• If you have a claim or complaint, email or call us immediately.

RETURN  OF MERCHANDISE

• A 20% re-stocking charge ($10 minimum) will be applied on blank items.
• No return will be accepted without prior authorization.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

SHIPPING

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

• Add $8.75 (V) per additional address.
• Add $7.50 (V) per additional residential address.

SKIDS

• To receive pallets, the receiving must have a shipping dock, otherwise unloading fees will apply.

ATTENTION

• We assume no responsibility for carrier or shipment delays, Custom clearance and border delays and other hazards (strikes, weather, etc.).
• If the order is required for a special occasion, please indicate the date on your order and the name of your preferred carrier.
• All orders are shipped PUROLATOR or FEDEX unless indicated otherwise. 

FREIGHT DAMAGE

• In the event of freight damage, please notify the freight carrier immediately upon reception.
• Do not return merchandise to shipper.
• Maintain merchandise in original shipping boxes until a claims agent from the freight carrier has inspected the damage. 

JURISDICTION

• An order placed with Busrel shall be covered by the provincial laws of the Province of Quebec.
• Any dispute arising there shall be resolved in a competent court of jurisdiction in the province of Quebec.

Logos used in this catalog are for illustrative purposes only and do not imply endorsement, nor are any items with these specific logos for sale to anyone other than the parties expressly authorized by the owner of such design. There can be minor differences between the pictures in the catalog and our stock.
